mon hébergeur ne répond pas pour mon code EPP

Bonjour,

J'ai un gros problème avec mon hébergeur : j'ai demandé mon code EPP mais ça reste sans réponse

Je suis actuellement chez http://www.hebergeur-pas-cher.com/ ça ne répond ni par email ni par chat. J'ai fait un AR mais le AR m'a été retourné avec le courrier et les numéros ne sont plus fonctionnels

J'ai fait aussi un rapport, mais il est resté sans réponse. Je ne sais plus quoi faire et mon futur hébergeur m'a indiqué ça

Tout registraire est dans l'obligation de vous fournir le code d'autorisation dans les 5 jours civils suivant votre demande si vous êtes déclaré comme le propriétaire du nom de domaine (registrant).

Nous ne pouvons pas initialiser le transfert sans le code EPP.

Ton hébergeur n'est probablement pas le registrar officiel du domaine, mais juste un revendeur d'un autre registrar (vérifie le whois de ton domaine qui te l'indiquera). Dans ce cas, il est (peut-être) possible de gérer le problème avec le "vrai" registrar (à condition bien sûr qu'ils aient correctement rempli les infos de propriétaire et de contact).

Je sais que tu es jeune, mais je te demande de faire attention à l'orthographe lorsque tu postes. J'ai corrigé plus d'une trentaine de fautes dans ton post initial qui était particulièrement difficile à comprendre.
